Later Noet All will be the leader of a virtual music group called "Kingship" which is prepared to debut in November 2022. Kingship itself has been prepared to appear in digital form.
They even have their own website to produce new music and will appear in the metaverse. The other members of “Kingpin” will also be filled by collector Jim McNelis NFT Bored Ape characters, namely three “Bored Ape” and one “Mutant Ape”.
“To be a part of the culture, I think that would be a great thing,” said Jim McNelis.

In fact, the idea of making a virtual band out of digital characters is nothing new. Call it the Gorillaz group, a virtual band formed in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and comic artist Jamie Hewlett.
The band has even released seven albums on the Parlophone Warner Music Group label. Then there is also a Japanese pop star, Hatsune Miku is also included as a digital idol in the form of a hologram.
For Kingship, the Universal label has purposely sought out one of the most famous NFT collections on the blockchain, the Bored Ape Yacht Club, consisting of 10,000 anthropomorphic apes, each with a different outfit, fur, and expression.
The Bored Apes collection is indeed gaining popularity, some world celebrities such as Justin Bieber, NBA Superstar Stephen Curry, and billionaire investor Mark Cuban are known to have Bored Apes collections. Kingship will be an opportunity for Universal Music to learn to create characters and stories that excite joy in the metaverse.
