Arbeit: Die benötigte Arbeitszeit für das Dachpappe-Verlegen wird der Profi in den meisten Fällen wohl mit einem Stundensatz abrechnen. Achten Sie beim Verlegen ausserdem darauf, dass sich die Dachpappe bei Übergängen mindestens 10 Zentimeter überlappt. An diesen Überlappungen können Sie die Stelle mit Bitumen-Kaltkleber fest miteinander verbinden oder mit einem Brenner verschweissen.
Abschluss: Dichten Sie alle Ränder mit angeschmolzener Dachpappe ab. Als Alternative können Sie das ganze Dach auch mit einem Bitumen-Kaltanstrich versiegeln.
Pflegetipps: Ein Flachdach mit Dachpappe muss über die Jahre sehr viel aushalten. Die Witterung nagt am Material und so sollten Sie das Dach regelmässig pflegen und reparieren. Um das Flach-Dach möglichst lange wasserdicht zu halten, können Sie es alle drei Jahre mit Bitumen-Kaltanstrich versehen oder eine Bitumen-Latex-Schicht auftragen. Zusätzlich sollten Sie Moos und Laub von ihrem Flachdach entfernen, damit sich dort keine Feuchtigkeit sammelt die auf ihr Dach einwirkt.
